Rachel KHAN
Lawyer, essayist and columnist
Rachel is Cultural Counselor of the Governor of Paris Ile-de-France region for five years. Since appointed, she has been responsible for the implementation of the cultural and creative policies.
Before joining the Regional Council, she was involved in urban planning for the Greater Paris development, in gender mainstreaming, youth education and communication on which theme she has served on several public organizations.
Beside, Rachel is an actress for the cinema and the performing arts, filmmaker, dancer.
In 2013, she has been nominated Young Leader by the U.S. Department of State (International Visitor Leadership Program, IVLP).
